My Little Man

just being his silly little self! :)

Off to the Circus

Last month, Nicole and I took the kids to the Barnum & Bailey Circus. It was a blast. We all had so much fun! Those circus people sure do have some talent!! :)

Here are some pics of our fun family day together...

A Very Proud Mommy

I received this parent teacher conference email from Brady's preschool teacher yesterday...

"Hello. I just wanted to let you know Brady has been doing great! He is doing well with transitioning from room to room.He gets along well with other kids and is very caring towards others as well. Brady is doing awesome with his writing and letter recognition. He also does great with counting, shapes, numbers, and colors. He knows his numbers and colors in both English and Spanish. He comprehends to stories that are read at circle and is very anxious to read the book as soon as circle is over. Brady is a great listener and he is also very attentive at circle. I really don't have concerns with Brady. He is doing very well and makes us laugh! We really enjoy having him in our class."

Way to go buddy!! You sure do make us very PROUD!! :)

A Day of Pampering

A couple of weekends ago, I took the kids out for a day of pampering. Jason has been working six days a week, so its just me and the kids on Saturdays. Anabelle had been talking about wanting to get her nails done for quite awhile, so I decided to take her to the nail salon to get her her very first manicure. She looked like a little pro sitting there in the chair. It looked like she has done it a million times before. :)

After her nails were done, I took Brady for a haircut. He looks like such a little man when he gets a haircut. I love it! Once we were done at the salon, I took the kids to Subway for lunch. It was a nice fun day for us. Now, I just need to find a day of pampering for me! LOL! :)

Here are some pics of our fun day together!

Halloween

Our subdivision has got to be the BEST place ever to go trick-or-treating!! We've got the Beetlejuice house, the jello shot house, a couple of different houses that have haunted garages that you can walk through, a really cool house that has their yard totally decked out in scary creatures, etc. Each year we go with a group of friends and we have a blast! The weather was fairly decent as the kids did not have to wear any type of coat that would cover up their costumes. This year Anabelle was Morticia, and Brady was a pirate. Even Jason dressed up this year as a scary backwards clown. The kids got a kick out of it!

After we got home from trick or treating, we headed to my brother's house. He has a whole haunted house themed yard that he puts on each year scaring anyone who comes up for candy. His yard looked really really good! Jason was all set to be part of the action as he was still in his costume, but the "party" was already over. :)

ARRRRRRGGG MATEY!

Pumpkin Carving

Here are some pics of pumpkin carving at our house this year. Jason loves doing this with the kids each year. I get pretty lucky in that I just have to worry about the cleanup ;). The kids had so much fun, and the pumpkins turned out pretty awesome! It was a fun family night!

My Sleepy Babies

Anabelle and Brady have always been so good when it comes to bedtime even when they were babies. They just love their sleep! :) Each night before I go to bed, I just love giving them one more kiss and making sure that they are still tucked in. I could sit there and stare at them all night long just watching them sleep...my sweet babies.

Here they are trying to watch TV but just couldn't stay awake...

Anabelle is starting to take over my blanket to be like her mommy! :)
